Enterprise Engineering, CI & Project Lead

Leek, Staffordshire | Allicio Nutrition

Don’t just improve the factory. Help transform it.

We’re looking for an Enterprise Engineering, Continuous Improvement & Project Lead to drive the projects, engineering improvements and operational change that will shape the next stage of Allicio Nutrition’s growth.

This is not a role for someone who wants to write improvement reports and watch from the sidelines.

You’ll identify what needs to change, build the case, lead the project and make sure the improvement actually lands, delivering measurable gains in safety, quality, reliability, capacity, efficiency and cost.

What you’ll own

  • Lead engineering, capital and continuous improvement projects from idea to implementation

  • Identify opportunities to improve plant performance, reliability and manufacturing capability

  • Build project scopes, business cases, budgets, timelines and delivery plans

  • Lead cross-functional projects across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and external partners

  • Apply Lean Manufacturing, root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving

  • Challenge existing ways of working and identify better, smarter solutions

  • Drive projects through installation, commissioning, handover and benefits realisation

  • Make sure improvements are embedded, measured and sustained

  • Build a pipeline of future engineering and operational improvement opportunities

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced Engineering Project Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, Manufacturing Engineer or Engineering Leader who enjoys turning problems into practical solutions.

You’ll need the confidence to work across the business, influence stakeholders, challenge the status quo and get things done.

Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, nutrition or another complex manufacturing environment would be highly valuable.

Why Allicio?

Because you’ll have the opportunity to change how a growing manufacturing business operates.

You won’t just manage projects, you’ll help shape the engineering strategy, manufacturing capability and continuous improvement culture of our Leek site.

If you’re someone who sees a problem and immediately starts thinking “how could we do this better?” then we want to hear from you. Please email your CV and application to HR@allicio.com and name the role you are applying for

Due to the high number of applications we receive, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to. If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks, your application has unfortunately not been successful on this occasion and we wish you every success with your role search
